There are multiple reasons for Software not opening.
If you see a long message for Software Configuration like shown below.
Reason: This is the corruption of the configuration file for the current user. When Software is open and it is in use, and the computer is powered off without proper shutdown process, the configuration of currently open software may corrupt in this case.
Solution :
Step 1 : Open Run by pressing Windows Key + R from keyboard.
Step 2 : Type %Appdata% and hit Enter : It will navigate you to “C:\User\[YourUserName]\AppData\Roaming”
Step 3 : Remove “Fraxinus IT Solutions” folder.
Step 4: Navigate outside of current folder and enter in Local folder. Navigate to “C:\User\[YourUserName]\AppData\Local”
Step 5: Remove “Fraxinus IT Solutions” folder
Now open Fraxinus Software from the desktop it should work properly.
